The Vail Internship Program recruits and vets high school seniors through an application and interview process.

Our interns will

• explore a career field of their choice

• gain technical knowledge by working amongst professionals

• learn and hone their professional soft skills

We support our interns with

• ongoing professional development in areas like communication, goal setting, and self-awareness

• individualized coaching based on their reflection logs

Our interns gain

• a clear understanding of their professional next steps

• professional polish that sets them apart from their peers

Participating in the Vail Internship Program is a great way to give back to the Tucson and Vail community and help guide an emerging professional towards their next steps.
